It’s also wonderful to know our French colleague from the kitchen left such a positive impression—your kind words will definitely reach him! We also want to thank you for your constructive input. We take such feedback seriously and will keep it in mind as we continue fine-tuning both our service and overall guest experience. While the all-inclusive format is part of our concept, we understand it’s not for everyone. As a flexible alternative, it’s also possible to book without the wine pairing and decide on the wine individually on site. We would be happy to welcome you again in the future.
