Too be clear, this review is based on two visits. I dined here some years ago and was truly impressed. The whole evening was a great experience, from the food to the service, ending with a superb wine pairing. Unfortunately, my more recent visit wasn’t as memorable. The team was very kind and professional, but some of the dishes let me down. The menu was heavily vegetable based (not necessarily a bad thing) but it felt repetitive at times. While the cucumber dish, main course, and clafoutis were outstanding, several other courses were quite unremarkable. The wine pairing also didn’t live up to expectations. Absolutely amazing ! The chef masters the art of playing with textures and flavours. All dishes were thoroughly conceived and executed. An absolute exquisite pleasure. The service is so warm and welcoming it definitely made us appreciate the dishes even more. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS ABSOLUTELY GEM ! Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
