The majority of our guests describe our portion sizes as rather large. After asking our service staff, where you had already made your complaint known, you were offered a refill at no extra charge, which you declined. We always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our guests and are therefore disappointed that you gave us this rating, even though we communicated everything in the usual quality and you explicitly mentioned that your soup and the salmon plate were excellent.
