Highly recommend the herring! We ordered both elk and herring as main courses. The elk was nice, but the herring was really amazing! (and it was half the price of the elk, we wish we had ordered two herrings haha) Would definitely come back again and try more dishes! The cuisine is always refined yet comforting, with a thoughtfully curated, ever-changing menu that showcases the best of seasonal flavors. The wine offerings are just as satisfying and make every visit unique. After almost 10 years, Tillsamman remains a true gem in Zurich—one that holds countless memories and continues to create new ones for me. With that, I thought it relevant to share 2 recent Elk burger experiences I had there, the appetizer portion and then again for lunch as a smashburger, as I've never had anything like either of these before!
