As mentioned during our phone call, it is with sincere regret that we acknowledge the issues you encountered regarding your Easter Monday reservation at Saltz Restaurant. Despite your efforts to secure a booking in advance, we regret to hear that it was not recorded in our system, leading to an unexpected and unfortunate oversight. In an attempt to understand how this mishap occurred, we engaged with our reservation system's support team, yet, regrettably, we were unable to identify the cause of this error. On Easter Monday, due to unfavourable weather conditions, we were compelled to organize the brunch indoors, significantly limiting our available space. Please be assured, had there been any possibility to accommodate your group, we would have eagerly done so. We want to express that this incident does not mirror the high standards of service and hospitality we strive to uphold. Recognizing the significant inconvenience this has caused you, especially on such a notable day, is important to us.
