We had a beautiful room with en amazing view over the city and the lake - even from the bathtub :-). All staff were genuinely friendly and helping in every way to make our stay wonderful and memorable. We are living in Zurich and felt like we spent real holidays far away from our every-day life after only one night at the Dolder Grand. A truly great experience. Service: 5
