Dopo aver visto il Matterhorn Museum - Zermatlantis, vai in questo ristorante. Lascia perdere gli altri posti, scopri il menu della cucina vegetariana al ristorante THE OMNIA. Non c'è niente di meglio che assaggiare le ottime crostate, fonduta e tagliatelle. Trascorri il tempo piacevolmente qui, godendoti curatissimi parfait, gelato e tiramisù con gli amici. Approfittane per provare i deliziosi champagne, vino o bourbon. In base alle recensioni dei visitatori qui è consigliabile ordinare fantastico tè.

Ho scelto il menù speciale dello chef con 4 portate, versione vegetariana. Era tutto magnifico, anche il pane con le salse portato prima come “snack”. Il fatto che la carta sia di base vegetariana e che chi vuole può aggiungere carne o pesce è semplicemente favoloso perché ribalta la prospettiva. Un grande gesto a livello di concetto, di scelta, di etica.

Albergo stupendo in una posizione sopra la roccia con vista di Zermatt e Cervino. Personale gentillissimo e sempre a disposizione. Se cerci il TOP qui lo troverei !

My wife and I stayed at the Omnia for our honeymoon and it was truly the best hotel experience we've ever had. When we arrived at the train station, the porter was ready to meet us and give an extremely nice welcome and tour around Zermatt in the cutest electric buggy. The location of the hotel is stunning, being up the hill and easily accessible while also providing beautiful views of the town below. The hotel staff - including Christian, Anna, Torben, and Cedric - were so unbelievably friendly and welcoming and made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. We had dinner at the Omnia restaurant, which was an incredible experience filled with great food, wine, and an education of how each dish came together - including some input from Chef Andre himself. The breakfasts each day are also 5-star breakfasts whether you simply have the buffet or order some items ala carte (the crepes and eggs benedict were unbelievable). We booked a lunch at Chez Vronny on the mountain during our stay, and the hotel provided us feedback on how to best get there and even provided us with complimentary spikes to wear for the hike to the restaurant which were life savers! The spa at the hotel is second to none including the various steam rooms and saunas, each with their own specific flair and relaxing vibe. The rooms are exquisite and have phenomenal views of the lively village from up the hill, and the cleaning staff was polite, thorough, and overwhelmingly friendly. I personally also loved the decanter of whiskey they provide (and refill throughout your stay) as an extra perk! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better relaxing and elegant stay than what the Omnia provided. While it's certainly a pricier hotel, the cost is certainly worth it and we hope to stay there again in the future! Service: 5
