When we entered and asked if it’s open the waitress smiled and said yes but the man behind her rudely said - but closed for few. After that the coffee and the hot chocolate ordered was cold. Not warm at all! Bad environment and rude comment. We had planned to order dinner but left after! Food: 1 Service: 1

I was fortunate to discover Vegistube during my family’s time in Zermatt. After several days without a truly satisfying meal beyond cheese, bread, and salad, the menu felt like a treasure chest—offering a wide variety of dishes, including traditional Swiss classics reimagined in an innovative vegetarian form. I enjoyed the food so much that I returned for dinner again before leaving Zermatt. Beyond the cuisine, the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating (and seemingly fluent in every language!), which reflected a genuine sense of hospitality and warmth toward tourists. I will definitely be coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 20–30
