I am giving three stars because I believe in their products. However, I noticed a difference in texture between the two shops (station and EA). Both the cinnamon roll and the pain au chocolat I took at the station (twice) were much drier compared to those in EA. It’s also true that I got the idea those at EA seemed to be done “at the moment”. Obviously I am more than happy to pay 4+ CHF for a pastry, but not when it is dry.

Unfortunately, when I tried it today, the baguette was also rubbery instead of crispy. At 7am I expected something different. Maybe this is how Seri baguettli should taste? The combination of raw ham and pickled vegetables also doesn't suit my taste due to the excess acidity. The choice of cheese hardly harmonizes with the rest, whether it was Parmesan? Maybe to boost the saltiness of the raw ham a little more? You don't know and you don't want to know anymore.
