We had just collected our luggage from the lockers at Zürich HB and I briefly used one of the many empty outdoor tables to put my hand luggage inside my larger bag. We were actually about to decide whether to stop here for something to eat. Instead, a member of staff shouted across the seating area, "Don't do that here, there are seats over there." The tone was abrupt and unnecessarily rude. If there's a policy against using the tables unless you're a customer, that's absolutely fine. But there are polite ways to speak to people. A simple "Would you mind using the public seating instead?" would have been perfectly reasonable. That one interaction was enough for us to walk away and spend our money elsewhere. As regular travellers, we won't be returning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
