Lovely little place! I was in Zurich for business and ended up going here twice! They had a delightful gazpacho! I don’t normally order it but with the heat and I wished I’d had it twice. The ladies taking care of all the tables were a bit over busy, but were still so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back there. Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ate at Ustaria last night for a special occasion. We had previously booked elsewhere but at the last minute my mother-in-law remembered being recommended this restaurant so we attempted a booking and we were delighted when they managed to squeeze us in! I live in Barcelona and work in London. I get to eat in really interesting places. I consider food in Zurich to be great but not necessarily inventive or particularly memorable. This was one of the best restaurant experiences of the year. A wonderful fusion of local and regional produce but cooked and presented in a way that shows the best of Swiss cooking in an inspired way blending traditional and modern styles. Excellent friendly and efficient staff. We were made to feel special and welcome. We loved everything about it. Even the intimidating carrot :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 100+
