Dear Team at Mama Shelter, We had a wonderful time with you. The food was absolutely delicious, and the animated films were incredibly cool and unique. A heartfelt thank you as well for the very thoughtful gift — we truly appreciated it. We are convinced that our bands will have a perfect stay with you in October and will be talking about the experience for a long time afterwards. Warm regards, Thomas and the SftH Crew Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Mama restaurant is located in the hotel Mama Shelter, you can access from inside the hotel or also directly as a restaurant. What was nice is that they have a fantastic business lunch menu which is 26 CHF where you can choose a started and one mains and the quality of the food super good. The selection of dishes are quite good and diverse if you want meat or fish or vegetarian. Overall the restaurant is quite modern and has a different vibe. Lunch was super value for money. They have a nice bar set up so the dinner and drinks should be good too. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a wonderful experience at Mama Restaurant Zurich. The service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. One thing I really appreciated was that everyone spoke English fluently. For visitors coming from abroad, especially to a country where German is the main language, communication can sometimes be challenging. Here, it was absolutely effortless, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. The team was always available, helpful, and genuinely kind, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
