Abbiamo provato questo ristorante/pizzeria, in occasione del compleanno di nostra madre. Il personale é stato molto gentile ed attento ed ha capito la serata "speciale"... Ambiente sobrio e carino, non caotico. Ben frequentato... Sia i primi che i secondi, partono da basi tipiche romane, con alcune varianti interessanti e molto ben accostate. Idem per gli antipasti. Non abbiamo preso pizza, e non c é il forno a legna. Selezione vini, discreta. Nel complesso siamo stati bene. Servizio veloce e sempre attento. Piatti ottimi. Consigliato. Bompiani Trattoria is, without a doubt, my new all-time favourite restaurant. From the very first bite, I knew this place was something special. The carbonara was easily the best I’ve ever had: rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced without losing its authenticity. The cacio e pepe was equally incredible, proving that simple ingredients can create something unforgettable when prepared by people who truly know their craft. And the pizzas? Every single one was delicious, with perfectly crisp, light dough and outstanding toppings. The food alone was enough to make me want to move to Rome just so I could eat here whenever I wanted. What made the experience even more memorable was the service. A special thank you to Simone, who was not only incredibly professional but also one of the funniest and coolest people we’ve met during our trip. He made us feel genuinely welcome, added so much personality to the evening, and turned a fantastic meal into an unforgettable experience. If you’re visiting Rome, Bompiani Trattoria is an absolute must. Authentic food, amazing atmosphere, and service that goes above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ll definitely be back!
