Having said this, given the seriousness of what you allege, regarding the use of prohibited substances during the service and the misappropriation of the tip, we are forced to initiate a rigorous internal investigation and possible consequent severe action; therefore please send me an email to [email protected], indicating the date and details of the meal, so as to trace the responsible waiter. Regarding the acidity of the ravioli, it would have been appropriate to address the problem immediately, so as to understand whether it was an undercooked tomato sauce, therefore acidic or something else. We work only and exclusively with fresh products, so I exclude that the ravioli were not good, also because we have had no other reports on the matter. I understand the annoyance felt by what happened and I apologize for it, but I can assure you that our daily effort is based on the courtesy of the staff, the quality of the raw materials and the care in preparation. We welcome every criticism as a starting point for professional growth and the tenor of the comments that precede yours gratify us, a tourist trap, however, I send it back to the sender, it is not our way of working.
