Puoi andare in questo ristorante dopo aver visto il Museum Strauhof. La cucina vegetariana e svizzera sono da non mancare al ristorante Neue Taverne. I gustosi insalate, pasta e risotto ti impressioneranno al primo assaggio. Molti visitatori riportano che in questo posto puoi ordinare delle brioches veramente ottime. Questo locale proponeuna selezione di delizioso vino. Ti saranno proposti un fantastico caffè.
Il personale è molto disponibile: è questo che rende questo posto così simpatico. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del veloce servizio. Diversi clienti hanno notato che i piatti vengono proposti a prezzi bassi. È un ristorante una stella Michelin, riconoscimento che viene di solito attribuito perché vengono proposti cibi ottimit.

Tendenzialmente deluso. Da uno stellato mi aspetto che almeno una delle portate siano un « wow! » che anche dopo alcuni mesi ripensandoci rievochi un bel ricordo. Purtroppo non è stato il caso. Riproveremo in estate con il menu estivo.

We had the "6 course" tavolata with "alcoholic drink pairing". Food was nice, especially as vegan / vegetarian fine dining is tough to find, however 50% of our tasting menu dishes were disappointing. We got no signature dishes as part of the surprise / tavolata menu which was not mentioned before, these were dishes we wanted to try however missed out on. Value of tavolata is poor, you are better off ordering ala carte as we could see by tables around us - you get the signature dishes, more food per dish and actually pay less. Drink pairing is misleading - though it mentioned "drink pairing" Vs the usual wine pairing there is an extra charge for water and only 4 glasses of wine with 6 courses. One glass was supposed to be drunk via two courses, however as we were not made aware of that, we had no wine to go with the main course. I never experienced this in a fine dining restaurant before, if there was not a "glass per course" match, there'd be extra mention of this. Service was friendly but lacking - no proper welcome, no "greeting from the kitchen", not offered an apero and there was not much knowledge about the wines offered. In addition there was a mistake with the pricing in our reservation (12 CHF more than quoted) and the manager was not offering any compensation or even apology. In summary - charging for fine dining without the service or value offered, hence cannot recommend it. Also the amount of "oversights" in making us aware of what we are getting into is concerning to the point of misleading. If you go, take ala carte and try the signature dishes, they looked nice however we didn't get to try them. I'd encourage the owner to better describe what you get with the menu and that staff should be more trained to explain these details as well. Make sure staff know the wines offered well and also potential allergens in your food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Our visit to the Neue Taverne was very positive, the concept as well as the food and the service are top. The food is served to share so everyone can try everything. The service is quick and extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very rustic but very neatly done. A reservation is very important because the restaurant is very busy. Dietary restrictions: Many dishes are also gluten and lactose free. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything on the ground floor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Special offers: Combo deals / set menus
