Tendenzialmente deluso. Da uno stellato mi aspetto che almeno una delle portate siano un « wow! » che anche dopo alcuni mesi ripensandoci rievochi un bel ricordo. Purtroppo non è stato il caso. Riproveremo in estate con il menu estivo.

Over all it was an okay meal, rather mediocre. We found a large piece of plastic in our dish and hardly received any apologies. At the end we were asked to leave a tip since it’s not included. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+

Neue Taverne a plant based gem in the Heart of Zurich If you think vegetarian food is just salads and tofu, Neue Taverne will change your mind forever. Located in the heart of Zurich, this Michelin starred restaurant elevates plant based cuisine into an art form. The menu is seasonal, creative, and full of surprises from smoky roasted celery root to delicate beetroot tartare with a tangy twist. Every dish is beautifully plated, almost too pretty to eat (almost). The flavors are deep, layered, and inventive, proving that vegetables can truly be the star of the show. The interior is modern yet cozy, with warm lighting and an inviting ambiance. Service is attentive but relaxed, making it perfect for both date nights and special gatherings with friends.
