This is part of our clearly defined service standards. We therefore regret all the more that this was not proactively addressed in your case. We will discuss this internally with the team to ensure that our standards are consistently upheld.With regard to menu cards including prices, we have consciously adjusted our approach in recent years. We received increasing feedback that different menus – with and without prices – were perceived by some guests as outdated or even uncomfortable. For this reason, we decided in favour of transparency and equal treatment and now generally present the same menu, including prices, to all guests. Naturally, we fully respect individual preferences and are happy to provide an alternative version upon request.We take your comment on portion sizes seriously and will discuss this together with our Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager. Especially in a Michelin-starred dining experience, it is our ambition not only to impress in terms of quality, but also to create a harmonious balance and overall composition throughout the menu.We also view our bread-sharing concept as an invitation to enjoy a communal experience.
