Rapporto qualità prezzo: pessimo. Unico punto a favore la posizione incantevole e l'ambiente interno. Ma se parliamo di cucina meglio dimenticarlo. Abbiamo chiesto un'insalata come contorno del piatto principale ed è arrivata affogata nell'aceto. In cucina manca proprio l'ABC. Per non parlare del conto. In sintesi pessima esperienza.

In terms of food, La Rôtisserie was delicious! However, in terms of service, it was a complete disappointment. Our waiter, Sten, was rude from the beginning - presumably because we were speaking English. However 4 of our 6 person party were German and therefore spoke fluent German. Our reservation was at 8:00pm and when he came to take our order at 8:25pm, he said it was too late to do the chef’s menu and the latest time to do that was 8:15pm. Why weren’t we told that when we sat down? He went to check with the chef or manager and while he was gone we decided that if we couldn’t do it then we would leave. (Which would’ve been a several thousand dollar bill they would’ve let go.) We go to Michelin rated restaurants all over the world to eat delicious food that is specifically recommended and curated by these amazing chefs, and to think we’d be robbed of that experience because Sten took our order 10 minutes too late… it was not going to be worth the cost to continue to eat there! Luckily they said we could do it. Think that made Sten upset because then he was even more rude the rest of the 7 course dinner. On the other hand, Dominique was the assistant who brought out and explained most of the courses, and he was great. Very polite young man and explained everything very well. The one course Sten “explained” was barely an explanation. Anyway, we made the best of it and the food was incredible, but it was shockingly disappointing and downright unacceptable from a service perspective for a Michelin rated restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+

Probably the best location to enjoy city view of Zurich? Specifically sitting on the first floor balcony. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
