We dined here on Christmas evening and enjoyed the Rome menu. The food was excellent however we were let down by the shocking service. For a fine dining restaurant, we could not believe how bad it was. We have dined at many fine dining restaurants and have never experienced this. The food took way too long to come out, sometimes we waited 30-45 minutes between each meal. From our last main to dessert, we waited 1 hour for our dessert to arrive at our table. We were very over it at this point and ended up asking for the bill before we even got dessert as we had been sitting there for almost four hours. The staff were not attentive at all. Its a shame as the food was lovely, however the service left a very bad taste in our mouth. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Brilliant dining experience in Rome and one of our favourites out of our trip to Italy! Quiet and luxurious interior, knowledgeable service staff who knew the wine list intimately, and thoughtful dishes that left us extremely happy we visited. A hidden gem in Rome! Beautiful setting with a star chef! We ended up at Ineo restaurant late in the evening because we didn't want to leave the hotel, we received a very friendly and pleasant welcome. A serene and luxurious setting, with very friendly, attentive and attentive staff. We ate a la carte, but immediately knew that we absolutely wanted to taste the 7-course dinner! We did this the next day and we enjoyed it so much! The restaurant is located in the Anantara hotel where we stayed. Perfect if you stay there, but absolutely recommended wherever you stay in Rome! A taxi ride will take you to a very culinary experience!
