During my recent visit to Eataly located in Roma Termini Station, I had the pleasure of trying their orzo salad and tagliatelle in ragu, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and flavor of the dishes. **Orzo Salad** The orzo salad was a delightful start to my meal.
