Atmosfera accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Io e la mia amica abbiamo cenato in un atmosfera rilassante. Il personale e stato estremamente gentile. An unforgettable dinner in a meat paradise I went to dinner with 2 friends, our evening at the Do Mish restaurant was a real feast for the senses, a culinary experience that left us speechless. We wanted to trust the advice of the staff, we started with a dream starter: the tartare on marrow. The contrast between the softness of the marrow and the freshness of the raw meat was astonishing. The mixed empanadas were a real surprise: some filled with beef and others with duck. This flavor combination was a delight to the palate. The patanegra dish was a masterpiece, a delicacy, a tribute to authentic flavour. The mixed cheeses provided a perfect interlude, with a mouth-watering selection of delicious cheeses. Prussian beef carpaccio, a simple and very tasty dish, to which the marinade together with the other ingredients gives a truly unique flavor Again trusting the staff, the meat choices couldn't be better: tomahawk was a commanding and succulent cut, the entraña was tender and full of flavour, and the A5 wagyu ribeye was an incomparable delicacy. Perfect cooking enhanced the flavor of each cut. The two bottles of Amarone della Valpolicella were the ideal accompaniment, emphasizing the flavors of the dishes with their complex character. Dessert was the final triumph: the millefeuille was light and crunchy, the tiramisu was a sweet treat and the selection of liqueurs made the evening even more special. The staff were attentive and professional, extraordinarily courteous and knowledgeable about the dishes, offering helpful advice and recommendations for perfect wine pairings, helping to make our dinner an unforgettable experience. The service is impeccable and makes you feel like a valued guest. In short, "Do Mish" restaurant offers an extraordinary gastronomic experience. If you want to discover the true essence of cooking, this is the perfect place. I can't wait to return to savor their culinary magic once again.
