Terrazza superlativa, all'ora del tramonto poi non ne parliamo....non scontata, come tutte le altre intorno. Prezzi nella media del centro €20 il cocktail, con anche gustose tapas! Personale gentilissimo ed efficiente. Grazie ancora ai due camerieri che mi hanno servito, mi hanno fatto sentire veramente a casa: il ragazzo siciliano ed Alessio. In the beating heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the Pantheon, is the Divinity Restaurant, a culinary gem located on the sixth floor of an elegant building. The location is simply enchanting, with a terrace offering breathtaking views over the rooftops of Rome, ideal for a romantic summer dinner at sunset. The interior of the restaurant is equally charming, combining refined design with a welcoming atmosphere. The terrace, although not very large, is perfect for an intimate and memorable experience. During my visit for a romantic dinner, I had the pleasure of enjoying some sublime first courses. The Amatriciana Gold was a revelation: a Roman classic elevated to new levels of excellence, with generous portions that satisfy even the most demanding palates. The lemon ravioli was delicate and fresh, a perfect balance of enchanting flavours. For the second courses, the rack of lamb with agretti and carrot puree was a delight. The meat was tender and succulent, accompanied by side dishes that enhanced its taste. The cuttlefish wok, however, offered an experience of strong and particular flavours, a real surprise for the palate. The dinner concluded with a selection of single portions of pastry, among which a delicious babà and a rocher cube stood out, all fresh and prepared with great skill. Particular note for the babà, a true masterpiece of sweetness. The staff at the Divinity Restaurant were impeccable: kind, precise and always available to explain the dishes and satisfy every need. The service contributed significantly to making the overall experience truly wonderful. The price is in line with the quality of the food, service and location. An investment worth every penny for an unforgettable culinary experience in the heart of Rome.
