This diminutive noodle bar is the kind of place you would recommend to a good friend. The place has an authentically Japanese feel, thanks to the charming and traditional Far Eastern decorative touches, vibrant atmosphere and polite service, not to mention the fresh, authentic cuisine. The udon (noodles) are a must – with or without broth... Maggiori informazioni

Super friendly, helpful and fast service. Despite the digital ordering and machines being out of service, they were still swift with the service and apologetic. Food came out quickly, and portions of noodles were bigger than expected. From reading reviews, we thought it would be too little food. But we had more than enough with the noodle bowls alone. And also got starters. Udon was perfect, we tried the Japanese curry noodles without broth and veggie udon with broth. Natto beans was a very odd stringy texture, never tried it before. Chicken karaage pieces were large and filling. And they have cloudy, unfiltered sake here, which is hard to find in Zurich Japanese restaurants - yum!! Wonderful terrace seating, just a block from the bustle of Bahnhofstrasse yet calm and enjoyable for dining. They even brought little kids chopsticks and kids fork for our son. They could improve for kids food options by offering a kids menu (smaller portions of karaage or plain noodles, for example). Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The Best Japanese Foods in Zurich, Switzerland We can't book a spot on the website since it's already fully booked. So, we're heading over to see if we can get in straight by any chance—it's only a minute's walk from Ruby Mimi. This place is a Michelin-starred Japanese noodle bar, and the service is top-notch. Once we sit down, they bring us hot, fragrant towels, which really makes us feel refreshed. 温 きつね kitsune (without Tenkasu: V) - 26 Japanese mushrooms, fried tofu, leek, tenkasu The noodles are amazing—super chewy, smooth, and taste like freshly made. The soup is really comforting. The flavour is spot on; not overly salty. It reminds me of happiness home of taste, and I absolutely loved it! 温 スイス swiss - 25 Eggs (raw&onsen), cream, Gruyère AOC, bacon, nori, roast onions, spring onions When you're in Switzerland, you definitely to try the cheese. we went for a Swiss cheese bowl of noodles, it was a super rich and creamy. For those who appreciate a robust flavour in their cheese bowl, this dish is well-suited to your palate. The addition of bacon provides a delightful enhancement, complementing the noodles exceptionally well. After enjoying the bowl, consider sipping sencha green tea followed by matcha mochi; this combination serves as the perfect way to achieve a harmonious balance. The flavour of Japanese green tea its authentic grassy fresh teas, just like I have at home. We drink tea every day, and there’s nothing quite like relaxing with a cup in hand. The Japanese mochi has a delightful chewy texture, wrapping around matcha ice cream that strikes a great balance. The matcha flavor is just right, and I really like that it’s a firm ice cream rather than the softer varieties. 1 pot for 2 - sencha tea - 13 1 pc flavour of choice - 5 Thin mochi layer with matcha ice cream filling. Tsuru tsuru noodlebar spot in Zurich is amazing; it really captures the authentic flavour of Japan. I've been a fan of Japanese snacks and foods and teas, since I was a kid. I have a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine, especially the authentic dishes found around the world, not just in Japan. We relied on our UK debit card for all our Swiss Franc transactions in Switzerland, which is a completely cashless city of Zurich. It made traveling around Europe so much easier for us! The total for our lunch comes to 69 Swiss Francs. (£62). It is definitely worthwhile! The team at Tsuru Tsuru Noodlebar is highly skilled and maintains professionalism, even during peak hours. When I visit Zurich again, I’m definitely hitting this spot up. The noodles are amazing, the Japanese teas are excellent, plus, the service, atmosphere is great.
