Veramente incredibile da quanto mi sia piaciuto. 6 stelle. Complimenti ragazzi! starting from the fact that I have been going to the place for several years, after this evening never again. We book a table for 2 for 8pm, (taking a 40 minute drive by car coming from outside Milan among other things) we arrive and order 2 nigiri, 1 mixed sushi and 3 rolls. After 15 minutes the nigiri arrives, after another 15 minutes the mixed sushi arrives, after another 15 minutes 1 roll. So obviously the other person at the table and I didn't eat together, but we went further. 40 minutes pass and nothing more arrives, so we decide to ask how much longer was missing. We asked 3 times and each time "it arrives immediately" but nothing ever arrived. All this while seeing that the takeaways were brought out before the dishes of the diners at the tables. After now more than an hour we decide, with a practically empty stomach, to leave (I would say for obvious reasons!), the owner arrives saying that if we had waited any longer he would have had everything done, but I would say that after so much waiting and having asked several times without success, no. At the cash register, to "sweeten" the bitter evening he tells us that he will take away €10 (water and the 2 place settings in a nutshell, you'll understand). After an evening like this I expect different treatment, and it is unacceptable to hear "well today we are full". We left on an empty stomach, with €50 less, and another 40 minutes in the car to go. Thank goodness there was a take away on the street. Ruined evening, terrible treatment, never again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Noise level: Loud, but you can still talk Group size: 2 people, 3-4 people Wait time: 1+ hour
