To be extremely clear, the service and the atmosphere was outstanding. The openair fondue experience was great. The fondue itself, meh. There is no declaration on the menu card what kind of cheese they add to the fondue. No "Hausmischung", no cheese to choose from. When asking the service personel they mentioned it was a mix of four different kind of cheeses, one of them being raclette cheese. For all I know it could be 80% raclette cheese, possibly the cheapest kind and 20% the other 3 cheeses. Not declaring what kind of cheese you add into the fondue, makes one wonder, if they simply buy the cheese depending on what cheese is on sale in Aligro, and change the receipe according to whatever is left in the kitchen. @Zunfthaus zur Zimmerleuten - you have a name and reputation to uphold. Please declare your cheese on the menu card - how hard can that be? Also, please change your fondue receipe. I am Swiss and have had several fondues in my life, fondue at your restaurant was one of the worst kind I have ever eaten. A shame truly that many tourists would think that this is what fondue is all about. Which truly just isn't. Also, serving cut bread in a paper bag? Why? How long has the bread been sitting around?
