Che bella esperienza ! Location stupenda, camera pulita, personale cordiale e ottima colazione preparata dallo Chef Greg.Ottima posizione per raggiungere gli impianti di risalita senza troppa fatica e al rientro vi aspetterà un piacevole après ski.

Loved this place and the location. Breakfast was just OK for the price. I also really wished they had a hot tub for after skiing. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view

Room was nice and spacious, we got the deluxe room with balcony. Bed was comfortable, although i had a concern with their bed being a combined single, so there is a seam in the middle. Balcony was spacious. I had to ask for a chair with a backrest, none of their chairs had one (2 in the balcony, 1 in the room). Room had very good sized closets, for hanging your jackets, and proper shelves for your other clothers. Very spacious shower and toilet, minus points for not having a tub. Their hotel page on the booking site had a tub and pool, but that may be for the higher priced rooms. Service was very good. Quick call for hotel pick up from the station. Attentive staff for miscellaneous requests (Ice bucket, extra pillow, shower cap, extra chair). Very good location. Right next to Sunnegga Rothorn Funnicular, and next to the bus stop to go to Gornergrat Bahn and Glacier Paradise gondolas. Also next to the ski gear rental shop. The hotel also has easy access to their ski room from the street. Rooms: Room was nice and spacious, we got the deluxe room with balcony. Walkability: Very good location. Right next to Sunnegga Rothorn Funnicular, and next to the bus stop to go to Gornergrat Bahn and Glacier Paradise gondolas. Food and drinks: Apres ski comes with a DJ playing 80s sounds, not every day though. Noteworthy details: One of the hotel staff has an adorable dog. I miss that dog already. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view
