Che bella esperienza ! Location stupenda, camera pulita, personale cordiale e ottima colazione preparata dallo Chef Greg.Ottima posizione per raggiungere gli impianti di risalita senza troppa fatica e al rientro vi aspetterà un piacevole après ski.

An unforgettable stay at Hotel Zermama! We stayed in the Pool Position Spa Room (#502), which features a private sauna and a rooftop Jacuzzi with a Matterhorn view. The room is even more beautiful in reality than in the website photos. Eating cheese fondue on the balcony in plush faux-fur coats and slippers during the chilly weather was beyond words. As someone with dust allergies, I was impressed by how spotlessly clean the room was, despite having a lot of fabric decor. The shower cubicle was a great bonus, and the hairdryer was the best of our entire Swiss trip. Located right in the center, it's close to everything and just a short walk to Mürini for blue hour photos. Breakfast was exceptional—the over-easy eggs beat many 5-star hotels. The bar was cozy with highly efficient service. Even with the rainy weather hiding the peak, this hotel truly delivered. Highly recommended! Service: 5

Amazing boutique hotel with less than 30 rooms. Everything was top notch quality. Beautiful room. We had room 104 with a view of the Matterhorn off the balcony. Sadly it was too warm to use the faux-fur robes they provide. Great shower, beautiful restaurant snd a bar right out front. There is a telephone at the train station to call for the trolley car to come get yo, straight ahead from the tracks as you walk off the platform. If you choose to walk it is a short walk down the hill straight out from the station. (Parallel to the Gornergrat cog line) Highly recommend this location with just a few caveats. Our room had a glass panel between the WC and the main room, so yes you can watch your significant other use the toilet. Sort of an off design choice There’s no AC. Not at all a shock in the mountains but the room didn’t have good airflow with the patio door open, and with the door open and curtains open, you are then exposed to people on the street. The room never really cooled off. A fan would be helpful just for circulation. The bar/patio plays music past midnight and starts up again in the morning. We were able to sleep through most of it but if you are a light sleeper pack ear plugs or as for a room facing the other direction as the bar None of these would stop me from staying here again or recommending it Service: 5
