A great restaurant, although we didnāt have the chance to try the whole menu, but only the summer one, which was great. Great from farm to table. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

@aDJinZurich 29.09.2025 My partner and I third visit and Wirtschaft im Franz just keeps getting better I swapped my usual Negroni for a sparkling tea from Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company ā elegant, refreshing, and the perfect start. The summer menu highlights? All but their dreamy watermelon with goat cheese ricotta and a green bean, peperoni & almond dish were pure flavor magic. On top of that, the service was fantastic ā attentive, warm, and they went out of their way to cater to my white grape allergy Cozy, creative, and unforgettable. Canāt wait to see what autumn brings.
