Parecchi visitatori trovano il personale paziente. Verve by sven è da tenere in considerazione per il servizio professionale. Diversi critici hanno evidenziato il fatto che i piatti hanno prezzi abbordabili. Una volta dentro, l'atmosfera è silenziosa. Great breakfast - the à la carte breakfast dishes were very tasty and the buffet had everything you needed for a successful start to the day. The atmosphere invites you to feel good and the staff is very friendly. Thank you! Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Abysmal experience with upwards of an hour wait for snacks and multiple drink orders fell on deaf ears. Food ended up being taken to the wrong table and upon hearing this my partner started convulsing and crying at the table and yet still we waited for our drinks...

We stayed at verve by sven on Easter Monday 2023 as hotel guests of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz because we had fond memories of it from previous years. The level - especially in relation to the high prices - fell to the bottom (i.e. everything was "mediocre" or "mediocre", however you put it). 79 CHF for a small veal cutlet that was served with little taste and just lukewarm, for example, is not worthy of Sven Wassmer, who we value very much (even if he is only the "inspirer" of the restaurant and does not cook here himself like in the neighboring Memories ). The staff was a bit rough at first, but then they caught up. There's definitely a worm in there. It's a shame about the self-proclaimed "health and lifestyle cuisine", which is supposed to be "seasonal, authentic and close to nature" and (still) has a Michelin star. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+
