Our stay here was beyond our expectations! The location is perfect as it is in the middle of the city of Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The room itself was the most unique room we have ever stayed in. Trust me...get the Family Cube Room! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety and the spa had a little something for everyone in the family.

We loved this hotel. The decor was different but lovely. Our rooms had their own balcony overlooking the hot tub spa area. The beds were so comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the Creation Spa experience! Wish we had more time here. This was a highlight of our trip.

Nice quirky hotel. The custom built furniture in the rooms was so unusual that it made the stay special for us. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our 3 night stay in July. View from the balcony made our trip. Breakfast was very enjoyable. We did not have time to enjoy the spa but it looked really nice.
