The hotel is located in a short walking distance from Zermatt train station. The team at the front desk, especially Laura, was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful, making us feel so welcome and special. The cube rooms are very unconventional but comfy. The view of the mountain from our room balcony was breathtaking and so peaceful. The Buffet is very nicely served.Both Laura and Franzisca very cheerfully served the breakfast. A well done hotel and aesthetically very interesting. Great views, Family run and everyone super helpful and engaging. Our room was spectacular. The shower did have some wooden slots at the bottom of it which were a little weird to deal with. But other than that everything was fantastic.

I come to Zermatt every summer and winter for decades now, but had never stayed here before- and I just don’t know why! My stay last weekend was just magical and we will be definitely prioritizing this hotel for next time. It is insanely different- the design is so well thought of, and so different you feel in some other world. The spa is wonderful, with so many experiences to try. The wonderful man at the reception was full of life and so helpful, we had such a nice welcome, and that reflects out stay.
