We dined here for breakfast because it was included with our stay. Online, this place was rated number 13 or something close to it for breakfast buffets in Rome, so I was pretty excited. Unfortunately, this place did fall short on my expectations, but it was okay~ Dining area is nice and clean, staff is professional and polite, the buffet area is rather small. They provide 3 types of juices as well as still water and carbonated water. The only hot food they provided was scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, and param ham which I found to be really salty. They had one bowl of chopped romaine, a few bowls of canned fruit, bread, cereal, yogurt, a few pastries, and sliced cheeses and cold cuts.
