I usually always give 5 star reviews, or no reviews at all. Bought a meal at Kaisin and was told by them that I could bring my meal to the Studio. While eating at the studio, a very unfriendly waiter with grey hair and tattoos on his arms and neck approached me and refused me to drink from my own water bottle, as he claimed it had to be ordered from them. He acted very condescending, saying that its even generous of them to let kaisin guests eat at their place. Allthough I think this is a ridiculous rule, since you can still order your drinks at Kaisin and drink them at the studio, thus not buying anything from them regardless, this is something that has to be communicated at the onset, not something you can walk up to somebody about mid meal, especially not with such an unfriendly tone. The only way I can imagine that that waiter hasn't been fired yet, is if he's actually the owner. Will never visit the studio again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
