Shui Tang is hands-down the best tea shop I’ve found in Europe. Tucked in the heart of Zürich, it offers an incredible selection of rare and truly special teas that you won’t find anywhere else. What sets her apart is her direct connection to tea farmers — you can taste the difference that authenticity makes. Her knowledge is immense, and the consultation she gave me was so thoughtful and personal. I left feeling genuinely excited about tea again. From now on, this is the only place I’ll be buying my tea. If you’re serious about tea (or just curious to explore it properly), you owe yourself a visit.
