I came here to get a milk frother and Steffi assisted me when I came. Steffi was professional and super helpful, the frother I wanted wasn’t available as a new piece at this store so she offered to check for the stock in other stores and even called them to confirm if they were new pieces. Eventually there weren’t any new pieces across Zurich but she helped me wash the display and provided a discount to purchase it. She was very kind and helpful, I would recommend this store to others looking for coffee equipment!

I had a flat white to go, it was not great. I ended up spilling it in the grass. The service was fine.
