Entrato dal piano sfalsato, dubbioso... Arrivato al piano di sopra che è comunque adiacente alla strada laterale dubbio svanito! Bella situazione per bere e per musica di sottofondo perfetta, consigliato!

Highly disappointing experience. I joined the art conversation in Russian language on Sunday. The place just opened and was empty. The event on the upper floor of the Cabaret Voltaire had been pre-arranged and confirmed with the management. We took drinks and sat down at a table when a lady (possibly the manager of this place?) came up to us and rudely and disrespectfully stated that we could not hold our conversation about art in this space and had to leave. We moved to the hall on the lower floor, to two small tables, where we barely fit, from where no one kicked us out for a conversation on art. The most unpleasant thing is that, as it turned out, in parallel the hall upstairs was booked for a Ukrainian club and it was the organizers that the manager informed that “the problem was solved” when we left the hall. It was a very unpleasant situation, and no one apologized to us for the inconvenience caused. It is a pity that such a legendary place has turned into such an uncomfortable and unfriendly place.
