Buono, se arrivano i piatti. Sono stato mesi fa durante la settimana e il servizio non è stato velocissimo ma le pizze e i dolci mi hanno convinto a tornare, nonostante l'attesa. Sono tornato oggi, disastro per un fritto 20 minuti. Dopo un'ora di attesa per le pizze ci viene offerto 1 fritto per ingannare l'ulteriore attesa che ci aspettava. Dato che dalla cucina a vista si vedeva uscire 1 pizza ogni 3 minuti, e il gran numero di tavoli era senza pizza, abbiamo chiesto il conto, apprezzato che le bevande e il fritto sono stati offerti. Puoi avere il prodotto più buono del mondo, ma se non lo porti a tavola e non sai gestire le emergenze, è come se non avessi niente. Un posto veramente particolare, con personale altamente qualificato e cibo di elevata qualità. La cura nei dettagli è l'elemento principale del posto.
Una volta provato, sicuramente tornerete.

Service ok, but the pizza.... We are 4 friends and we arrive with many expectations, we do the ayce formula and in total we eat 2 fried foods + 2 pizzas each (a segment of 8 different pizzas each) to try a bit of everything. We start with the classic margherita to understand the level of such a common pizza and we immediately notice a strange aftertaste, not knowing if it was the acidic tomato or the pizza with too much salt. Afterwards we eat almost all the special pizzas and some of the normal ones... good like the tortellino but some, like the bismark, were not bad... they were just inedible! A very salty mixture to which raw ham was added, the saltier it became. Pizza so salty that we couldn't swallow it and we found ourselves forced to remove all the raw ingredients just to be able to eat it. I don't know if it was a problem of that single evening but ALL the pizzas, starting from a simple margherita, were rather excessively salted, so much so that they were ruined. We will definitely not be returning. Furthermore, the €2 cover charge in an ayce doesn't make sense, put the menu at €22.90, it's more correct. Disappointed. We understand that you may not like it, but our choice is transparent and communicated clearly. As for the pizzas, we are sincerely sorry that you did not find the flavors to your liking, even if, referring to that particular evening, we have not received other similar reports. Precisely for this reason a question arises spontaneously: why was this fact not immediately reported? We would certainly have been more than happy to offer you an alternative or to better understand what did not convince you instead of responding to this review. Despite this, we are certain that it was an isolated incident and precisely for this reason we invite you to come back to try our products again and maybe we will also be able to make you change your mind about our pizzeria.
