I had the pleasure of dining there, and as always, the food was absolutely incredible. I also want to highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Cynthia and Tom. A real disappointment: the homemade potato crisps were dripping oil, the guac completely under seasoned and the bau were awful, the only saving grace was a decent ceviche. We initially came because we liked the sound of their churros but we ended up leaving before ordering desert when the table next to us ordered them and we saw some pale and sad looking churros came out. I really hope it was just the chef having an off-day because it was some of the worst food I’ve had in Lausanne. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
