Food is decent for a station restaurant but the server is really rude. It looks like he doesn’t want to work there and doesn’t even answer questions when you’re ordering. When I asked for something he just sighed and threw the item at me as if he is doing a big favor. Nobody is attending the tables so there are always dirty dishes around and it is hard to find a clean table to sit at. Wouldn’t be my first choice to come. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Price per person: CHF 20–30

The first stop on our Zurich trip, and unfortunately, a disappointing one. My husband and I were both hungry and went with something familiar — Chinese food. Suan Long has pre-made dishes like sweet and sour chicken, noodles, and rice that they quickly plate and serve. I asked for plain flat noodles and a chicken dish in sauce (both costing 20 CHF), but was surprised that they combined both items onto a single plate without asking. Service was very basic: order, pay, and find a seat — no fuss, but also no warmth or attention to detail. As for the food… it was okay. Edible, but nothing more. It felt more like a fallback option when you don’t have other choices, not a place you’d choose intentionally. Sadly, not somewhere I’d return.
