Ordered a coffee, cappuccino, and the taste is pathetic. Worst coffee I ever tasted. there was a Starbucks nearby, but I thought let’s try the local store here. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other

I usually do not give bad reviews, unfortunately this would be this time. Last week I was at Zurich airport and came across Steiner Flughafebec to get some coffee and a pastry before my flight. What a poor choice I made. Fair to mention that I payed some exaggerated price for the cheapest k-cup coffee (not even close to what cappuccino should taste or look like) and some stale pastry,not the standard for Zurich at any point. The staff member came to me and, in a very rude manner of speaking, asked me not to sit at there place because I have to pay even more if i wish to sit down and eat my extremely expensive mediocre food i have just purchased from them. Why do you guys feel it is fine to treat your customers in public in such an unprofessional manner? The only positive thing is that this type of service and food is not a standard for Switzerland and you can absolutely find a better place elsewhere with kind professional staff. Please stay away from this place! Nobody should be treated like this at a public place or at any place. I truly hope the management will take a notice so situation of similar effect would not happen again with other customers. Thank you.
