Il mio pane preferito a Milano e non solo!! Appena arrivo dagli US dove vivo e’ ai primissimi posti della mia lista di cose da fare a Milano!!!

Slow Bread Lab truly is a hidden gem in the city of Milan. At first I did not find the store, and found myself in front of an ordinary apartment building at the location Google mentioned. Upon closer inspection, I did see the name written on one of the door bells. Some local people let me in, explained that the store is indeed more of a "laboratory", and led me to the Danish girl who runs the place. Indeed, all bread and pastries were exposed next to the ovens where they were baked, and I could choose between a wide variety of multigrain and wholewheat bread that all looked equally delicious. I opted for a pane semi-integrale and took a German Brezel as well. Both were exquisite and of amazing quality! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10
