While we are glad you found your overall stay to be very good, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments.​First, all the windows in our rooms, including those on the ground floor, are fully functional and can be opened; in fact, our housekeeping staff opens them every morning for fresh air. We are sorry you experienced some difficulty with the handle: had you informed us during your stay, our team would have been happy to assist you immediately.​Regarding breakfast, our buffet is consistently praised by the vast majority of our guests for its variety and quality, so we regret it did not meet your personal taste.
