Cucina ricercata e sperimentale, nel senso che l'accostamento di ingredienti e sapori stupisce, ma convince! Servizio giovane dinamico ma attento e accogliente. Pranzo tra amiche, avevamo chiamato altri due ristornati prima di prenotare "sul momento", e ci avevano risposto bruscamente passate e mettetevi in coda. Da Simbiosi no, e fortuna vuole che ci fossero anche un paio di tavoli liberi. In particolare consiglio i tortelli con fave piselli ed asparagi ed il risotto alle ortiche. Particolari anche i dolci. Carta dei vini e offerta al calice molto buona. Spesa nella media, non esoso. Consigliato se desiderate qualcosa di non scontato ed accattivante, ma avviso che la proposta potrebbe far storcere il naso chi cerca una cucina classica. Locale molto bello e personale gentile e premuroso. Purtroppo la qualità del cibo non è stata delle migliori. Purtroppo mi hanno servito un menù con un’intera pagina di pasta fresca ripiena che non era disponibile. Qualità prezzo invece ok. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Myself and my partner did a trip around Florence, Venice and Bologna last September (2024) and ate at Ristorante SimBIOsi one of the nights. We had walked past this several times as our B&B was close by and really liked the look of the place through the windows. The atmosphere just seemed really good, a lot of people were happy and it played good music also it is an open kitchen so you can see all the food being cooked. The night we visited we were wanting a pizza and we popped in here by accident, we didn't realise that there is a SimBIOsi Pizza place next door that is a separate restaurant so when we got the menus we were a bit surprised there was no pizzas on it and then realised our mistake. We didn't want to get up and leave after we had ordered drinks so decided to eat here. The food itself was tasty and fresh with high quality ingredients although the menu was not what I would consider traditional Italian pasta, if you can imagine fine dining dishes mixed with pasta it was sort of like that so it was not really suited to both of our palate's, we are probably not really the target audience for this sort of food. I had a pasta with Italian sausage, it was tasty but the flavour was very rich. My girlfriend had some creamy vegetarian pasta that was served with a small vial of oil that she had to drink after she had eaten. She enjoyed the pasta but did not like the oil after. The seating is a bit like Wagamamas in the UK where it's a massive table with benches so you could be sitting next to other groups eating, that didn't bother us but if you want to go out to eat and not have people listening in you may want to give this place a miss. It was a great restaurant but I wouldn't return just because the menu in general was not really suitable for my taste buds but I would still recommend eating here if you take a look at the menu and like the look of the dishes, you will have a great meal. The pricing was fair and no expensive than any other standard restaurant you would eat at in the city so in that respect for the type of food they were serving it was very good value. Also the menus were in English and the server spoke good English and was very friendly. Thank you for the meal. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
