Dopo aver visitato il Via Cavour Firenze, puoi farti un buon pasto in questo pub & bar. Piatti della cucina italiana sono nel menu di questo locale. Provare qui i curatissimi pizza alla salsiccia, porchetta e filetto americano è davvero una bella idea. Questo pub & bar offre dei tiramisù, gelato e cheesecake davvero ineguagliabili. Prova gli ottimi vino della casa, birra artigianale o cordiale. Fantastici cappuccino, americano o tè sono tra le cose migliori che puoi ordinare qui.
Il disponibile personale ti accoglie sempre al meglio al Ristorante SimBIOsi, in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto del simpatico servizio. Cibo buonissimo con sapori particolari e delicati, ottimi abbinamenti. Servizio eccellente, ottimo galateo, con attenzione al cambio posate e attenzione a servire prima le signore. Atmosfera rustica ma elegante, musica molto piacevole ed ad un volume adeguato. Sottolineo la qualità degli ingredienti e l’impegno che questo locale si prende nel servire prodotti locali, cercando sia di favorire le piccole aziende del posto, sia di mantenere un impatto ambientale ridotto. Myself and my partner did a trip around Florence, Venice and Bologna last September (2024) and ate at Ristorante SimBIOsi one of the nights. We had walked past this several times as our B&B was close by and really liked the look of the place through the windows. The atmosphere just seemed really good, a lot of people were happy and it played good music also it is an open kitchen so you can see all the food being cooked. The night we visited we were wanting a pizza and we popped in here by accident, we didn't realise that there is a SimBIOsi Pizza place next door that is a separate restaurant so when we got the menus we were a bit surprised there was no pizzas on it and then realised our mistake. We didn't want to get up and leave after we had ordered drinks so decided to eat here. The food itself was tasty and fresh with high quality ingredients although the menu was not what I would consider traditional Italian pasta, if you can imagine fine dining dishes mixed with pasta it was sort of like that so it was not really suited to both of our palate's, we are probably not really the target audience for this sort of food. I had a pasta with Italian sausage, it was tasty but the flavour was very rich. My girlfriend had some creamy vegetarian pasta that was served with a small vial of oil that she had to drink after she had eaten. She enjoyed the pasta but did not like the oil after. The seating is a bit like Wagamamas in the UK where it's a massive table with benches so you could be sitting next to other groups eating, that didn't bother us but if you want to go out to eat and not have people listening in you may want to give this place a miss. It was a great restaurant but I wouldn't return just because the menu in general was not really suitable for my taste buds but I would still recommend eating here if you take a look at the menu and like the look of the dishes, you will have a great meal. The pricing was fair and no expensive than any other standard restaurant you would eat at in the city so in that respect for the type of food they were serving it was very good value. Also the menus were in English and the server spoke good English and was very friendly. Thank you for the meal. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
