Passeggiando, siamo stati attratti dall’aspetto delle pizze, che sembravano gourmet, e abbiamo deciso di provarle. Purtroppo, è stata una delusione totale per due motivi: mancanza di sapore e prezzo elevato. Il locale è carino e il personale molto gentile e attento, ma il cibo lascia davvero a desiderare. Abbiamo assaggiato due pizze, una al pesto e una al pistacchio, ma entrambe erano insipide e per nulla all’altezza delle aspettative. Do voto zero al cibo, mentre il servizio e il personale meritano due stelle. Non tornerò e credo che questa pizzeria possa piacere più ai turisti che ai veri amanti della pizza. I visited Savô Pizzeria Gourmet in Milan because Google said it was wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, there was a large step at the entrance. The staff did bring out a ramp, but it was extremely steep – more of a "death ramp" than a safe solution. Once inside, another issue arose. Being new to Italy and still learning the language, I said "Grazie" but missed the 'e' at the end. Before we were even seated, the waiter corrected me publicly, making me feel very uncomfortable in front of the other diners. Despite these issues, the pizza was fantastic – probably the best I’ve ever had. However, the service was quite disappointing. In another town, I asked a different waiter about my pronunciation, and he assured me it was perfectly fine and added, "My advice to you is not to take any advice from anyone from Milano." It’s important to appreciate when someone says thank you, even if it’s not perfect. Respect and kindness go a long way. Savô Pizzeria Gourmet needs to fix its attitude and get a proper ramp if it’s going to advertise as wheelchair accessible!
