Because you know, that evening when you were at the table with a friend of ours, I asked all our guests if they were happy with the evening. I also spoke to you asking if everything was okay. Don't you think it would have been more useful and constructive (and humane) for both of us if you had looked me in the eyes and explained your discomfort in our place? And above all the pasta! I would have been really curious to understand why our chefs overcooked your pasta! So I could have first established that this pasta is actually overcooked and understood if the chefs at that moment perhaps had their heads in the clouds perhaps thinking about their girlfriends and I would have tried to bring them back to earth. And then I could have remedied it with another pasta, or by apologizing in some way by perhaps offering you a dessert, if I had been able, I repeat, to verify that the damage was such. So we couldn't exchange opinions or even improve ourselves. What a shame that you didn't even answer when I asked you at the table how it was going. What a shame that you waited until we were out to write this review behind our backs without a chance. What a shame really. Because you know we like to exchange words with the people who come to visit us.
