We stayed two nights (early September 2024) at this hotel while traveling around Switzerland. This was our second time and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Like most hotels in Switzerland the air-conditioning is a touch anemic but you can open windows at this time of year. The beds were comfortable but the duvet covers tend to be overly warm. We removed the duvet insets and just covered with the sheets which was just right. Our stay included breakfast which was very nice and included pretty much anything you could want including baked goods, cheeses, meats and bacon. You could order omelets or any other kind of eggs. The breakfast seating area was very nice and spacious. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant which was across the street from the hotel next to the lake. Good food and service. The hotel also has several outdoor seating areas where you can order drinks and snacks and enjoy the scenery and relax. There are many other restaurants and shops within walking distance. If you're in this area I highly recommend this hotel. Service: 5

Almost everything was fine, the really only flaw was the air conditioning. Although I left it on almost all day, set at 18°C, it was extremely warm in the room. But otherwise, as mentioned, there is nothing to complain about. Everything is fine and even better :-) Rooms: The rooms are very spacious. Food & drinks: Close your eyes and enjoy.
