Our last supper in Matera was met with Absolute Perfection • Our waiter, Vishnu was knowledgeable, super attentive & charming • the food exceeded all our expectations with the first 3 photos featuring all the complimentary amuse-bouches that were served • every dish was spectacular with a shout out to the mixed pasta with redfish sauce • best feed thus far during our travels • this restaurant is a must try & should be in the Michelin Guide! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Incredible and exceptional dining experience. This deserves a Michelin star!! The service we have received was the best and attentive in Italy. We dined in a group of six, and every dish was outstanding. This was our last night dining after 2 weeks in Italy and this was the best dining by far. Some members of our group were vegetarian and it was easily accomodated. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Really amazing restaurant - we tried the 6 course tasting menu - but they also have an al a carte menu, an 8 course tasting menu or you can choose how many dishes you want in your tasting menu. The dishes in the 6 course tasting menu could either be the chef's choice or your own. We went with the chefs choice and were amazed by the variety, techniques and flavours of the dishes. Surprisingly fish focused tasting menu but all extremely well cooked and delicious. Fun finishing off with candy floss! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €70–80
