Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo a metà agosto ed abbiamo trovato una receptionist PAZZA, con la quale non abbiamo potuto evitare di litigare e che si rivolgeva a noi come se fosse lei l'ospite pagante. Metto due stelle perché la location è super centrale e la camera bella - ma il personale ci ha davvero rovinato il clima di vacanza.

The L'Ambasciata Hotel de Charme is a hotel with a good location, just a 7-minute walk from the train station. It is located on a semi-quiet side street. The old building has been renovated and the decor is modern and tasteful. The staff were friendly and helpful during the stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, however, there was a water damage noticed on the wall. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. There was also a minibar in the room. A nice addition would be photos or paintings on the wall to give the room more atmosphere. A suggestion for improvement would be to place a fabric protector under the chair in the room to avoid loud noise when moving the chair. It should be noted that there is a restaurant on the property, but it was not used during my stay. The breakfast was also not used. The check-out time of 10:30 am is unusually early. Overall, the L'Ambasciata Hotel de Charme offers a good choice for guests looking for a stay in the city and value modern amenities and a good location, with the exception of the early check-out time.
