Dear Mrs Kim, thank you for taking your precious time to express your feelings with reference to your recent experience at Casa Savoia Restaurant. We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations and we sincerely apologize for this. On this concern it rests assured that your feedback has been taken on board and shared with all departments involved. Anywaw we believe you have used an incorrect term. Racism has nothing to do with what you describe. Our restaurant does not accept pets, in order to respect customers who do not like the presence of pets in areas where food is served. Obviously, this is a rule with no exceptions, so if the staff has made unauthorised concessions to other guests I would like to personally apologise for this unpleasant situation and for the inconvenience it may have caused you; we will certainly apply the appropriate disciplinary sanctions and put in place new corrective measures to prevent this from happening again in the future. We reiterate, however, that this has nothing to do with racism, which is something that does not belong to us and has no connection with this incident.
