Belvedere is a peaceful restaurant with a classy vibe. The prices are on the upper side (around 30€ for a steak), but that’s pretty normal for a touristy area like Dubrovnik. The waitstaff speak excellent English and provide friendly service. Food preparation takes the usual restaurant time—about 15-20 minutes. Now, let’s talk about the most important part—the food! I ordered the steak, which came with fries, and it was fantastic. Let’s just say the chef knew what he was doing! The desserts were equally impressive—I had vanilla ice cream, and it didn’t disappoint. The view from the restaurant is another highlight, offering a lovely backdrop for your meal. Overall, I’d give Belvedere a solid 4/5. Here’s why it doesn’t quite hit a perfect five: The dining area is fairly small, so it can feel a bit cramped at times. The prices are high, and if you venture a bit outside the city, you’ll likely find similar quality at a lower cost. While the food was great, there’s always room to take it to that next level. That said, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Dubrovnik and want a nice meal with a view!
