We have stayed in Superior rooms and they were very spacious. Bathrooms were large as well and the rooms are air-conditioned. Overall, a great stay. The only thing to raise is: I have booked directly on their website and dropped a note asking them to accommodate both the rooms on the same floor, if not next to each other. There was no response back and we were allocated rooms on two different floors. However, this has not been a major problem.

We came to the hotel to purchase a Dubrovnik Pass as advised in the official website. The lady at the reception was rude and told us “It’s impossible”. We clarified that’s what the site suggested then she said it’s for hotel guests only. Fair enough but you don’t have to be rude, I could be your guest one day, or never but to tell everyone I know. Genuine quality service goes a long way.. through small things usually, you sure have a long way to go! Service: 1

Boutique Hotel Porto Ante Starcevica 49, Dubrovnikhotel is very clean, comfortable beds/ very large beds exceptional customer service. Stayed in family room with two large balcony, Spot on location. I would give this hotel a five according to my experience. I would recommend anyone planning to visit Croatia to stay at Hotel porto.
