Questo è l’hotel più bello in assoluto. Mi sono trovata benissimo, sono tutti molto gentili e cordiali. Sia la SPA che le camere sono bellissime. Penso che ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This hotel completely failed on every level during our stay. There was a full power outage — no electricity, no heating, and NO backup generators in place. In freezing temperatures, that’s not just uncomfortable, it’s dangerous. As someone with Crohn’s disease, I rely on access to specific food options. The hotel’s kitchen offered nothing even remotely safe for my condition — and staff had zero alternatives or empathy. We were left without food, warmth, or even the basic amenities we paid extra for. Everything advertised — the spa, the "luxury" add-ons, the comfort — completely unavailable. And not once did the staff offer a refund or any meaningful support. Unsurprisingly, we checked out early. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They are utterly unprepared for emergencies and unbothered by their guests' well-being. Zero stars if I could. Service: 1

Dear Mr. Beck Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience and fully understand your frustration. We would like to clarify that during your stay, an extreme snowstorm caused a full power outage that affected all of Zermatt — this was not an isolated issue with our hotel, but a broader emergency situation across the region. Despite the difficult circumstances, we did our best to support both our guests and the local community. Using gas stoves, we prepared and served free meals not only for our guests, but also for the families of our staff and members of the local population. As one of the first hotels in Zermatt to regain electricity, we promptly worked to restore as many services as possible for the comfort of our guests. In addition, we continued to support the wider community by offering free accommodation to stranded travelers and local residents in need. We are sincerely sorry to hear that you suffer from Crohn’s disease and require a specific diet. Had we been informed of your dietary needs prior to your arrival, we would have done everything possible to accommodate you more appropriately. We understand your disappointment and agree that this experience did not meet your expectations. As such, we are absolutely willing to find a fair solution regarding your payment, and we will be reaching out to you personally to discuss this further. What an amazing stay at Resort La Ginabelle! The staff were wonderful and really made our stay special. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of food and beverages. Our daughter loved the kids club and was always excited to go. After a long day, the hotel bar and lounge was a great place to relax with awesome bartenders and a wonderful pianist. We look forward to visiting again next year! Service: 5
