At Ferdinand, we take pride in offering a fresh take on traditional Valais cuisine, using only Swiss products, most of them from the Valais itself. Fondue is a beloved Swiss meal, traditionally enjoyed with bread. However, we also provide optional add-ons such as charcuterie for those who wish to explore different flavors. We understand that fondue can be unusual to those who may not be familiar with this traditional Swiss dish. However, our cheese fondues are a house specialty here, and we aim to offer an authentic culinary experience for those wanting to try local flavors.We also understand that the self-cooking BBQ might not be for everyone, and it’s meant to add a fun, interactive element to the meal. We apologize if this concept wasn't to your liking. Perhaps, you might like our raclette that comes with potatoes, pearl onions, gherkins, raclette spice mix, apricot chutney, and pear mustard.It's concerning to hear about your experience with our service team during your dining.
