The experience was pretty bad… the property pictures are not as shown in the website. Some staff members are particularly rude and there is a sense of racism here! They think anyone who visits Switzerland are visiting for the first time. When I mentioned that I have visited many times the staff asked me to leave the hotel at 10:30 pm and will not refund anything!

this hotel is set amongst beautiful scenery, it is family run and the patrons are lovely and friendly ,staff work Very hard and are polite the rooms are fabulously spotless and comfortable would definitely recommend a visit
